Spring Competition – 2012

We kicked off the Moto Gymkhana season in style with our competition with our friends at Touratech on Saturday.  Several members rocked up and some new faces. Everyone quickly got back into the swing of things – even those doing the timing (!) – after the winter break.  Neil and Jonathan have obviously been practising and put in good times, taking first and second spot respectively.  Sid took third place with a very respectable time especially for his first time at Moto Gymkhana.Everyone then had a go on the new AJP Motos (www.ajpmotos.co.uk) bikes that we have – and many shaved a couple of seconds off their times – was it just more practice or the freedom of someone else’s bike??Looking forward to seeing everyone at Donington on 21 April for the first Moto Gymkhana Experience/ Practice & Play and then on the 28th for the first round of the Competition Series.
